Our current contractors are due to finish all their site clearance, tree removal, meadow seeding & hedge laying by the end of this week ready for our building contractors to come onto site and measure the levels.
Last Friday we spent all day with them and have started to actually make some decisions. Roof tiles, brick and render are all chosen and samples ready to go to the planners for their approval. we were also given a time schedule for everything and it does appear that we may even be in for Xmas 2012 (Husbands hoped for date - I'm still assuming Easter 2013, I've watched too many TV property shows that show these dates are always wrong!)
